Customer downloaded from My Oracle Support Tuxedo 126.96.36.199.0 RP181 for Windows 64-bit VS2010.
Customer applying RP181 to existing Tuxedo installation on Windows.
The installation process does NOT go to to success. Verified this by looking for the patchlev file which does NOT show RP181.
The installation log file - RP181.log shows the message "Patch install terminated. Backing out patched files".
TUXDIR and ORACLE_HOME environment variables are set prior to starting the installation process.
Also, Oracle ProcManager service and tlisten services are STOPPED before the installation process. No app server or process scheduler domains are up and running on this Windows box.
