EAP: AP Match Performance Issue running with option "Matching & Worflow/Email", MTCH_ERR_WF is taking long time as part of AP_MATCH (Doc ID 2380644.1)

Symptoms

Performance issue - AP_MATCH taking long time to complete.
While running AP match with "Matching & Worflow/Email" option, process execution time is drastically increasing and for 300 voucher's process is taking more than 10 hours.
"MTCH_ERR_WF" application-engine takes lot of time while cleaning up worklist entries.

Steps:

1) Create Voucher transaction in the system that requires matching
2) Run Matching Application Engine

Actual Result:
Process taking long time to complete

Expected Result:
Process should not take much time to complete
