PUM24 Team Performance Status Edit - Error Returned: 'Templates Not Correctly Configured' (Doc ID 2380996.1)

On : 9.2 version, Other Issue with ePerformance

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

While using Team Performance Status Fluid Tile on click of Edit button on top right corner, it throws error message as 'Templates not correctly configured.Contact administrator.'

 

REPLICATION STEPS

1. Login as PS in Fluid Mode
2. Under MSS > click Personalize Homepage
3. In the Add Tile Chooser scroll down to Manager Self Service
4. Select Team Performance Status
5. From the MSS homepage, click the Team Performance Status Tile
6. Click the Edit button on the top right
7. Observe error 'Templates not correctly configured. Contact administrator.'


Note that this Team Performance Status Tile is found under Manager Self Service, not under Performance in the Add Tile Chooser.
