Symptoms

On : 8.56 version, PeopleSoft Update Manager

Installing the FSCM 9.2 PI 27 dpk onto RHEL, the following error occurs.

ERROR

Exception occurred while executing command and exception message is
Cannot run program
"/tmp/CLONINGCLIENT7962562678259255639/locale_a5459926934171701104.sh":
error=13, Permission denied


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the dpk installer on Linux
