EHR- Accessing Performance Document in a Non-Based Language The Language For the Document Auto Changes To English For The Duration Of Your Session

On : 9.2 version, Other Issue with ePerformance
With the Language Override box Checked on the ePerformance Installation Table when Performance Document is Created in a Non-Based Language (not English); and then when an English Speaking Manager logs into the Application and Opens the Document, there is a Message that Indicates that the Document will be Displayed in the Language it was Created in. Since the English speaking Manager doesn't Speak the Language the Document they are Unable to use the Document.
Language Preference will be Changed to XXX (Language) for the Duration of your Session. Select OK to Continue (4600,343)
Since the Document was Created in Language Different than your Preferred Language, the Language Preference will be Changed to the Document can be viewed in this language. Consequently, all Further Navigation
for the Remainder of this Session will be in this New Language. After Viewing this Document, please Sign Off and Sign back in to Return to your Preferred Language.
System, Over Rides the System Setting Based on ePerformance Language Document Created Settings.
The Document Should Display in the Language of the User, and not be Displayed in the Language It was Created In
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Verified the Base Language from PSOPTIONS shows English
Verified that the Language Override checkbox is checked on the ePerformance Installation Table.
Created User Manager KNG004 Andrew Lauwers Cloned PS/PS
Created User Employee KNG007 Carmen Fernandez (Andrew Lauwers is Supervisor) Cloned RCHANNING
Cloned Performance Document K0ANNUAL added Nominate Participants, added Peer Role Navigation Setup HCM > Products Related > Performance Management > Template Definitions > Clone Template
Signed in as ALAUWERS2/ALAUWERS2 using Dutch (NLD) as the Language (Manager)
Signed in using Dutch Language Navigated to Manger Self Service > Performance Management > Performance Documents > Selected Employee KNG007 Carmen Fernandez, Create Document, be sure when Creating the Document to Select the Language user wants it Created in, and then enter the information and the document will be created in the Non-Based Language om this case Dutch
English Manager Logs back into Manager Self Service > Performance Management > Performance Documents > Current Documents Selects the document created in a different language
As soon as the Manager still signs in using English, a message is generated Language preference will be changed to XXX (language) for the duration of your session. Select OK to continue (4600, 343)
Because the document was created in language different than your preferred language, the language preference will be changed so the document can be viewed in this language. Consequently, all further navigation
for the remainder of this session will be in this new language. After viewing this document, please sign off and sign back in to return to your preferred language.
