Symptoms
DL loan has a Loan Process Status = Hold because a rejected disbursement response file has been loaded into the system. Common Origination and Disbursement (COD) is rejecting the disbursement as a duplicate disbursement. COD has already accepted disbursement #01, but the record is rejecting in PeopleSoft with error message "duplicate disbursement" each time the file is created.
