Checklist Management Item Due Date Error (Doc ID 2381314.1)

When attempting to manually add some checklist items in Campus Community > Checklists > Person Checklists > Checklist Management - Person.
the following error occurs.

Item Due Date cannot exceed parent table Due Date. (14200,23)

The Item Due Date entered is greater then the Due Date on the Parent table.

OPERATOR ACTION: Change the Item Due Date to a date that is less than or equal to the parent table due date, or change the parent table due date to the greater date and then change the item due date to the greater date.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to: Set Up SACR -> Common Definitions -> Checklists -> Checklist Table.

In the Checklist Table, say the 01/14/2015 effective-dated row includes 'PERSTA' in the Item List and the default due date is 02/01/2012. The immediate recent and latest effective-dated row do not include 'PERSTA' in the Item List and has Due Days set up.

2. Navigate to: Campus Community -> Checklists -> Person Checklists -> Checklist Management Person -> Add a new Value

3. Go to the Checklist Management 2 tab and notice the Checklists Items.'PERSTA' will not be seen in the Item List as the latest effective dated row will get picked up from Checklist Table

4. Add a new Checklist Item 'PERSTA' and hit save button. The error message pops up

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot assign the required checklist to the student.
