E-PIA: Autocomplete Issues After Upgrading To PT 8.55.14 Tools (Doc ID 2381525.1)

Autocomplete issues after upgrading to PT 8.55.14 tools

Experiencing intermittent/sporadic issues on certain fields related to Autocomplete after upgrade from PT 8.54 to PT.855.14.
Autocomplete is turned on for all users. Sometimes when the user enters a value on field, the system responds "No values found" even thought it is a valid value. When the user clicks the backspace and deletes the last digit and re-enters, it finds the value in the drop down list.

REPLICATION STEPS
------------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Login to PIA
1. Go to Main Menu > Workforce Development > Job Adm > Job Data and search for "KU0"
2. Autocomplete kick in and drop down list with values appear - Some time "No values found"

Login to PIA
1.Go to Main Menu > PeopleTools > Security > User Profiles > User Profiles.
2. In the field Primary, input 20, then input 4 before the typeahead dialog popup. The message "No values found" will show up.

Upgraded to 8.55
