Symptoms
Dependent beneficiary fluid page on iPhone/iPad is not rendering as expected.
Cancel and Save buttons disappear; Add e-mail page is hidden by the URL
STEPS
-----------------------
o Select ‘Employee Self Service’ using an iPhone/iPad
o Click on Benefit Details tile
o Click on Dependent/Beneficiary Info Fluid Page
o Click on existing dependent name
o Scroll down to the bottom of the screen. After a few scrolls with your finger the top bar with the ‘CANCEL’ and ‘SAVE’ button disappear.
o Click on ‘Add Email’. The next page has fields hidden by the URL bar.
