Goal

If an asset is deleted from the Express Asset Definition page, the underlying record will be deleted from the PS_PC_AM_PROJ_DEFN table but the asset remains in the PS_PC_AM_DEFN table. Why aren't both records deleted since they were first created by saving the row on the Express Asset Definition page?
