Absence Conversion Processes (to Time and Labor) Will not Create Payable Time when there is an Unresolved Time and Labor Exception Present (Doc ID 2381654.1)

On : 9.2 version, Integration - Time & Labor

The GP_ABS_NARUN conversion process should convert all absences to payable time, but if there is an unresolved high level exception, the process will not load absences to payable time for the day(s) on which an unresolved high level exception exists.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Create/Report entry in the timesheet, which will result in a high-level exception.

Run any of the absence to TL conversion processes. Payable time is not loaded for any date(s) on which there is an unresolved high level Time and Labor exception.
