ETL9.2:TL_ST_LOADER Process Is Not Triggering In Production (Doc ID 2381983.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

TL_ST_LOADER process is not triggering in production

We have hundreds of punches that are waiting to be loaded by the TL_ST_LOADER process in production but the process has not run since 10:59 last night. It usually runs in 15 minute intervals. It also ran at 4:18 this morning but it should be additional runs prior to this run at 4:18 this morning. In looking at the logs, it appears to have loaded the same punch twice. it is hosed up somewhere.

We have already cleared the process scheduler cache and it still is not working.

once punched_time_add xml message is in done status on intergration monitor , it should trigged the ae

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Kronos send punches to PS.
2. This should trigger TL_ST_LOADER but it did not for today's morning ( punches are coming in every 15 mins and tl_st_loader gets triggered every 15 mins but did not trigger since 4:18 am this morning)
