LEX Entries Are Not Getting Created After Depreciation Close With New Accounting Standards
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

LEX entries should be created.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
a) Create a new transaction type for Lease Expense (eg. LEX) in the AM installation page.
b) Set up Accounting entry templates for the same.
c) Run the depreciation close process for the desired period.
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot have LA acctg entries.
