Asset Spreadsheet upload fails with NEXT

After PUM25 being applied, we can no longer use the asset spreadsheet upload using NEXT as the asset id. I have tested this in our DEMO and environment and we have the same error. I also reviewed PeopleBooks for the functionality and they indicate NEXT.

Multiple rows exists for Asset id NEXT.



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Populate template with data.
2. Load the file into spreadsheet import.
3. Run the process

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot  load assets with multiple rows via Excel to CI
