E-SEC: How to Configure the USER_PROFILE and USER_PROFILE_XFR in PT 8.55 and PT 8.56 (Doc ID 2382544.1)

When setting up USER_PROFILE_XFR message, it is not working when we inactivate the inbound routing for USER_PROFILE message as outlined in the configuration steps documented in PeopleBooks:

Administration Tools -> Security Administration -> Working with User Profile Across Multiple PeopleSoft Databases -> Implementing Configurable User Profile Synchronization -> Setting Up Configurable User Profile Synchronization, Press Enter to expand

The error being seen in the Message Monitor is:


'Integration Service: Unable to find a routing corresponding to the incoming request message (158,505)'

If the USER_PROFILE inbound routing is activated, then the fields that are excluded as part of the USER_PROFILE_XFR configuration, get updated, when they should not be.
