Symptoms
When submitting Correction ACA XML Files, they are rejected with the following error:

If Form 1094C 'CorrectedUniqueSubmissionId' has a value, then the Unique Submission ID ('ReceiptId' | 'SubmissionId') of the 'CorrectedUniqueSubmissionId' must
match a Unique Submission ID from a Submission that was previously accepted by IRS.
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Create ACA XML Files for a Process Type of Correction with Final Run selected (Navigation: Benefits > ACA Annual Processing > Transmittal and Forms > Create ACA XML Files).
2. Submit the files to the IRS.
