Symptoms
Troubleshooting Email Collaboration process is not able to process email.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Do the required EMC related setup.
2. Configured Email Approval for Requisitions.
3. Create a Requisition. When the Requisition is submitted, it goes for Approval.
4. Once the Approver selects the approval action and clicks on Submit, response email gets generated.
5. Run the email collaboration process. The process ran to success.
6. The Email Collaboration process is not able to process the email.
