HRHD Worker 360 Degree View is returning "INSUFFICIENT AUTHORITY EXISTS TO VIEW WORKER" when pulling data from HR (Doc ID 2383399.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to open a worker via HRHD Worker 360 Degree View, it is not displaying the data from HR but instead an error.

INSUFFICIENT AUTHORITY EXISTS TO VIEW WORKER


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enable HD_360_REQUEST_SYNC between CRM and HR
2. Login to CRM as HRHD user (HHDUSA_AGT3)
3. Navigate to HRHD Worker 360 Degree View and search/open any worker
4. Error is displayed on the HR Information section
