Symptoms

Benefits Administration is not inserting Additional Pay records for employees for Flex Credits.

STEPS
---------------------------
1. Run Benefits Administration (Navigation: Benefits > Manage Automated Enrollment > Events > Run Automated Event Processing).

BUSINESS IMPACT
---------------------------
Employees will not get the Flex Credits to which they are entitled.
