Dependent Info Page Dispays in Classic When Transferring From FLUID Benefits Summary

Symptoms
In PeopleSoft Enterprise Human Capital Management (HCM) 9.2, the classic Dependent Beneficiary page is displayed when it is accessed from the Health Plans subpage (Classic Plus) of the Benefits Summary page (Fluid).
Replication: If you navigate to fluid Employee Self Service homepage > Benefits Details > Benefits Summary, then click on a medical, dental, or vision plan to open W3EB_HEALTH_PLANS, and then click on a dependent's name, you open the Dependent Personal Info page. Currently, this is opening the classic page W3EB_DEPBEN_DETAIL.
For the sake of consistency some customers tried to transfer instead to the fluid page W3EB_DEPBEN_DTL_FL.
When attempting to transfer to W3EB_DEPBEN_DTL_FL from W3EB_HEALTH_PLANS, the result is unsuitable.
