Symptoms
An employee was paid for the full pay period before the pay period ended, but after the checks were issued, the employee terminated. On an off-cycle check, the earnings for the days not worked were reversed and the employee was paid out for unused leave. The employee’s savings contribution on the reversed earnings was refunded, but the corresponding employer match was not reversed.
STEPS

1. Calculate payroll for the reversal of the earnings for days after termination (Navigation: Payroll for North America > Payroll Processing USA > Produce Payroll > Calculate Payroll).
