Information on Team Performance Status page is not matching With The Team Performance Tile

Symptoms

On : 9.2 version, Other Issue with ePerformance
Information on Team Performance Status page is not matching with the Team Performance Tile

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as Manager and transfer the document of his/her direct report to other manager
2. Go back to Home page, Team Performance Tile updated correctly(means the count reduced after the transfer)
3. However, in Team Performance Status page, still the status of the transferred document been listed
