Search Job Openings Does Not Return the Most Current 300 Jobs

Symptoms
When there are more than 300 job with OPEN status, searching with only the status = "OPEN" criteria does not return the most recent 300 jobs.
Some of the older Job Openings are included in the results.
The issue can be reproduced at will by following these steps:
1. Navigate to Recruiting > Search Job Openings
2. Click Search button, so all jobs with Status = Open are returned
3. Note that job openings returned are not the most recent 300 job openings created
4. Search for specific Job Opening that was missing in previous search and note this is available
