Changing The Fulfillment State Of An Order From Confirmed Status To Unfulfilled (Doc ID 2387566.1)

Goal

Qn1: There is an order line that is in Confirmed Status, it also has a backorder for the same item which is in unfulfilled status (demand line 2).
This is no longer needed. What would be the procedure for canceling this order line in 8.8 version?
 
Qn2: Is there is a way to track who canceled these order lines?
