EBI 9.2: EBill Payment History Page Not Displaying Correct Results

Symptoms

Application release 9.2 - Image #23 - PeopleTools: 8.55.08


Payment History (eBill Payment > Payment History) is showing all the payment details of other customers.

Steps:
----------
1) Enable an External Bank Account for Accounts Receivable, and Collection Method Direct Debit.
2) Create a Pending Item Group for Customer say C1 and another Pending Item Group for Customer, say C2.
3) Run AR Update to post the transactions.
4) Review that the Items have been properly posted into the respective Customer’s Account.
5) Run the Create Direct Debits process. This created a DD Worksheet with 2 different Direct Debits for 2 different customers.
6) Run AR Update process with Direct Debits flag.
7) Run create EFT File process for Direct Debits (AR_FG_PROC).
8) Customer opens the system (using CUSTOMER portal).
9) Customer views the Payment History (eBill Payment > Payment History) .
10) Click on the Payment Id to review Payment Details.

Steps 8, 9 and 10 are executed for both customers.


Expected result:

Payment Details of the other customer should not be listed.

Actual result:
-----------------------
Payment Details of the other customer is also listed.
