On :  9.2 version, Activity Guide Composer

Cannot access a Configured Activity Guide  

Following the Below Steps, a New Activity Guide was Created However After Creation the User is Unable to Access the Guide.

Error Message Displays "Security Exception: You do not have Access to Activity Guide Instance 'AG00001LLL'. (263,90) (Message Not Found)"

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Set Up HCM > Common Definitions > Activity Guide Composer > Templates
2. Select Add Activity Guide Template
3. Complete the Fields and Select Continue
4. Error message displays "Security Exception: You do not have access to Activity Guide Instance 'AG00001LLL'. (263,90) (Message Not Found)"
