On Campus Solutions, after applying Campus Solutions 9.0 Bundle #48, an error occurs during credit card processing in the Cashiering module. The epayment provider is Cybersource.

The executing PeopleCode has attempted to do an operation that refers to the current buffer context, but there is no such context in the environment the Peoplecode is running in.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Student Financials, Cashiering, Post Student Payments;
2. Select a Cashier Office and emplid of the student making the payment via credit card;
3. Enter the Target and Tender Key information. Tender Key is a credit card;
4. Enter the credit card information;
5. Click Authorize Payment.
