Fluid Financial Account Make A Payment Link and Institution Set Configuration

Information in this document applies to any platform.
On Campus Solutions 9.2 all students will see the Fluid Make a Payment link when SF Institution Set configuration does not allow payments for certain Business Units and Institution Sets. Student's without access will get the "We are not able to display your account at this time. To access this information, contact the Bursar's office to complete your account profile." when clicking on the Make A Payment navigation item.
Students who are in a business unit that permits self service access but does not allow for online payments see the Make A Payment link.
The students in the business unit should have self service access but should not see any link for making an online payment.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign on to a student's self service account. The student must be associated to a business unit that does not allow online self service payments;
2. Note the Make A Payment link on the self service pages.
