The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. go to PeopleTools > Lifecycle Tools > Migrate Data > Data Migration Workbench
2. open a project containing Fluid Approval definitions (Data Set: EOPC_COMPOSITION and EOPC_SECTION)
3. click on the Data Set Name and the below error message occurs
