Followed case shows HR Representative's full name
An employee navigates to HR Service Center > Known Issues. When an employee clicks ‘Follow’ on an announcement, the notes in the case change the person who added the note from ‘HR Representative’ to the representative’s full name. If the employee clicks unfollow, it reverts back to ‘HR Representative’. (see attachment)
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. HR Service Center > Known Issues - follow an issue/unfollow an issue to see the name change.
