Symptoms

Site is on PT 8.53.27, and using Integration Broker for an outbound integration with a 3rd party.

Pinging external (3rd party) node returns the error below.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up a test environment in which the gateway uses a ddynamic 
2. Attempt to ping https://staging.somethirdparty.com/...  Node
