Issues when using to ProCard Auto-Recon process using tolerances for transactions without a valid PO ID.

When using the ProCard Auto Recon Process in the Procurement Card module and trying to match based on the tolerance set, the system is not automatically matching when the PO is the only transaction on the same date and with an amount within the tolerance, and in addition to that, when trying to manually associate the PO using the "PO Pick List" I get a SQL error on the CC_POPICKLIST page.

"Error in PeopleCode ScrollSelect processing. (2,213) CC_POPICKLIST.Activate Name:cc_getrow PCPC:811 Statement:8
Called from: CC_POPICKLIST.Activate Name:prepare_grid Statement:59
Called from: CC_POPICKLIST.Activate Statement:83"

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Tolerance is set up at 5% for Transactions without a valid PO ID
Go to Load Statement Options and set 'allow system to match and populate PO data. Reconcile by line and Transaction wiwhout a Valid PO ID tolerances. (Setup Financials/Supply Chain > Product Related > Procurement Options > Purchasing > ProCard Load Statement Options)

1. PO 1 created. The same amount and date of Pcard Transaction.
2. PO 2 created. Amount is little greater than Pcard Transaction. But is in tolerance. Date is the same of Pcard Transaction.
3. Run Load ProCard Stage.
4. Run Load Statement (PO_CCLOADLD )
5. Reconcile Statement
6. PO 1 has been reconcile to PO automatically. PO has the same statement amount. Working fine.
7. PO 2 is not associated to Pcard Statement. Even the PO amount is tolerance percent (5%). Go to PO Pick list to manually associate PO.
  Getting the error:
  "Error in PeopleCode ScrollSelect processing. (2,213) CC_POPICKLIST.Activate Name:cc_getrow PCPC:811 Statement:8
Called from:CC_POPICKLIST.Activate Name:prepare_grid Statement:59
Called from:CC_POPICKLIST.Activate Statement:83 "
