EE does not have "allow update" for competency section under Profile Management Setup. EE does not see the competency tab in the talent profile . However when EE prints the talent profile see the competency details.

EE should either see the competency section under talent profile or if EE is not seeing it under talent profile then he should not see it when he prints the profile.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Self Service > Talent profile > print profile.
