HR ESP: Contract END DT Shouldn't Be Mandatory For All Temporary Contracts

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When making fixed-term contracts, PeopleSoft requires a mandatory end date, but in some cases that date might not be known, because it’s regarding a substitution contract for a temporary disability.
The application does not offer an option to write text in and when the PDF is generated that also cannot be modified.

We have Contract End date as mandatory field for contracts 401 and 501 and this is not correct.

Opcional para los contratos de códigos : 401, 501, 410, 510, 403, 503, 540, 980, 990

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a new employee and generate their temporary contract without knowing the end date
