On : 9.2 version, Transcript Report

SSR_TSRPT report failing in the demo environment with the following error:

Tools Version:8.55.18
App version:- CS 9.2.07

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Records and Enrollment > Transcripts > Request Transcript Report.
2. Add a new value and submit the request.
3. View Report link does not display and log file shows error.
