EPY: Direct Deposit Delete Confirmation Button Is Not Displayed Fully (Doc ID 2391070.1)

Symptoms

HCM 9.2, PT 8.55, PUM 24, 17-D
When user goes to self Service > Payroll and Compensation > Direct Deposit and clicks on the delete button for an entry,
then the "Yes - Delete" button on the delete confirmation page does not show fully. Please see the attached document .
We applied patch image 24 and Tax 17D .

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The YES button on the Direct Deposit page is not fully showing.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Customer should be able to see the "Yes - Delete" button on the delete confirmation page does not show fully.

ERROR:

NO Error messages but "Yes - Delete" button on the delete confirmation page does not show fully.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply Tax Update 17-D from PUM Image 24
2. Self Service > Payroll and Compensation > Direct Deposit
3. Clicks on the delete button for an entry,

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot perform Delete action on direct deposit page.
