On : 9.2 version, Billing Fluid WorkCenter
When clicking on the Gears in Billing Fluid WorkCenter 'Please configure the pagelet configID' when pageletID is configured.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Goto Fluid billing workcenter and click on setting icon.
