Provisioning an environment using Cloud manager 5.03 fails with error


In console.out:
Probable Callback -->Changing the Passwords for the Environment has Failed 

In out.log:
Exiting the PeopleSoft environment setup process.
---->The "Provision Status" from the host[xxx-lnxft-1] is: Changing the Passwords for the Environment has Failed

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Provision an environment with Cloud Manager 5.03
2. Observe that the instance provisioning fails with the reported error
