On : 9.2 version, Job / Personal Information
Personal Information Summary is not displaying latest information based on EMPL_STATUS. An employee with EMPL_RCD 0 has a LAST_HIRE_DT of (for an ex: XX-JAN-2017) on the active row. This employee also has an EMPL_RCD 1 row which is inactive and has a LAST_HIRE_DT of (XX-NOV-2017). The last start date is displaying for the inactive row.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as employee that has an empl rcd 0 and 1 row with the empl rcd row 1 that is terminated.
2. Under the Employee Information section of the page, notice the last start date is for the terminated empl rcd 1 row.
Navigation: Go to Self Service>Personal Information>Personal Information Summary
