Symptoms

In PeopleSoft Enterprise Campus Solutions Release 9.0, when a user attempts to add application, get error on Application Fees page when the program is selected for "Use Research Processing"

Class Row method GetRowset scroll SSR_RS_CAND_HDR is invalid. (2,270) SAD_ADM_APPL.Components.ADM_APPL_ENTRY1.OnExecute  Name:ADM_APPL_DATA_SaveEdit  PCPC:74179  Statement:1042

Called from:ADM_APPL_ENTRY1.GBL.ADM_APPL_DATA.SaveEdit  Statement:1 

The scroll name has been used as a parameter of the specified method.  It is not valid for the current object. 

Use the PeopleCode Debugger or a PeopleCode trace to determine the point of the error, and correct the program.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enable Use Research Processing by navigating to Set Up SACR > Foundation Tables > Academic Structure > Academic Program Table.  Go to the Research Processing Options tab and select User Research Processing flag.  Save change.
2. Add application and select Academic Program in which change has been made.
3. Enter Candidature Details.
4. Save application.
5. Click on Calculate Application Fees link under Application Data tab.
