Symptoms
On : 9.2 version, Bill entry
When attempting to add distribution chartfield for PC BU , activity on bill entry getting error.

The prompt table in DERIVED. EDIT_BU_PC is not available. (4,3)
The prompt table in DERIVED.EDIT_ACTIVITY is not available. (4,3)
The prompt table in DERIVED.EDIT_ANALYSIS is not available. (4,3)
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add bill and add bill line distribution with PC chartfield and try to lookup the error will pop up.
