Email Body Is Not Displayed On Inbound Email Workspace Page; The Inbound Email Has a Blank Email Body

 Customers need to see the email body displayed from Correspondence > Search Inbound Email...when opening an email and viewing it on the Email Workspace page.  Sometimes the email body is blank.
