Getting 'Data Integrity Error' After Attaching Resume In Candidate Gateway or When Trying to Access the Career page or When External Applicants are Trying to Open any Job Openings

Symptoms
The following error is triggered when trying to attach a cover letter in a un submitted Job Opening.
Or this error can be seen when trying to access the Career page.
Or when External Applicants are trying to open any jobs on the Career page, the same error is seen.
Steps to replicate the issue:
1. Navigator > Careers
2. Click on Sign In and login
3. Click on My Job Applications
4. Click on Arrow next the Job
5. Attach resume
6. Try attaching Cover Letter and you will hit with this ‘data integrity error’ and the system signs out the applicant.
OR
1. Navigator > Careers and the error is seen.
OR
1. As External Applicants try to open any jobs on the Career page
