On : 9.2 version, Other Issue with ePerformance

Getting Error in making any changes to Configurable Matrices>Define Sources page-PERFRATING sourceid

Here is the path:
Set Up HCM > Common Definitions > Configurable Matrices > Define Sources
 
Pick the PERFRATING source ID
 
Insert a new effective dated row and click save or modify existing row by changing descr and save -- below error occurs.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as PS with PeopleSoft Administrator role

2. Set Up HCM > Common Definitions > Configurable Matrices > Define Sources
Pick the PERFRATING source ID

3. Insert a new effective dated row and click save.

4. observe error

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot add an effective dated row for this setup which is used by Perf Rating functions.
The first operand of the dot operator is the NULL value, indicating the lack of any object value. As a consequence, the given method or property cannot be used.
