Symptoms
Payable Time fluid approvals are taking a long time to load, with a long pull against PS_TL_PAY_VW_FL view. This behavior can be seen either when loading the Approvals tile, or when selecting the transaction to approve.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Click the Fluid Approvals tile to load in the approvals.
2. Select the Payable Time transaction for approval.
