STATEMENT:

After upgrade to 9.2 PUM 23, PT 8.55 from 9.1
Below process is taking more than 24 hours to complete
Main Menu > Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Absence and Payroll Processing > Refresh Employee Information

STEPS TO REPLICATE:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Navigate to Main Menu > Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Absence and Payroll Processing > Refresh Employee Information
2.Run AE: HGA_EMP_REF Process
