Incorrect Postal Code Message- (9000,334) obtained on the Bank Address section of the Payment Information Train stop While Registering a New Supplier or Bidder (Doc ID 2394844.1)

Symptoms

Incorrect Postal Code message while registering a supplier or bidder

Steps to Reproduce the Issue:
1) While registering supplier or bidder, on the Bank Address section of the Payment Information train stop, the below message pops up.
2) Warning -- Correct Postal Code formats for the United States are 99999, 99999-9999. (9000,334)
  Enter a Postal Code for this country using the described format.
  Press 'Cancel' if you want to make changes; otherwise, press 'OK' to continue processing.
3) Two issues here:
a) It is just a warning message for Bank Address postal code. So wrong postal code is allowed while submission.
b) In the message, it reads, Press ‘Cancel’. The message box does not have Cancel button, which is confusing the users.

Expected Results:
a) It is just a warning message for Bank Address postal code. So wrong postal code is allowed while submission. Expected Error Message
b) In the message, it reads, Press ‘Cancel’. The message box does not have Cancel button, which is confusing the users. And Press Cancel should be removed from the message box.
