Last updated on NOVEMBER 26, 2021

Applies to:

PeopleSoft Enterprise HCM Global Payroll Australia - Version 9.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Based on document Doc ID 2086003.1, the issue is due to the below criteria and fixed in PUM15.

The App engine GPAU_PSM_CRE, Section: A2_Data, Step:Get_ACU2 action; SQL
condition "AND R.ACM_THRU_DT = R.SLICE_END_DT " needed to be modified

However, it's found that the AND R.ACM_THRU_DT = R.SLICE_END_DT criteria is still existed in PUM23 environment
which caused LUMP E became 0 not just for employee who terminated in mid-period but also for employees who is on fortnightly payroll.
For fortnightly payroll, SLICE_END_DT will not equal to ACM_THRU_DT for 99.99% financial year.
