During the deployment of CS Image 9.2.009 DPK on Windows, process failed at Deploying Application Components.

From the DPK setup Log:
Puppet (err): PS_APP_HOME deploy location permissions update failed
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
