E-SEC: Manager Self Service Folder Is Visible For All Employees When All Components Under That Navigation Is Revoked

Accessing in Classic mode.
Regular users (employees that are not managers) are able to see the Manager Self Service folder and the Job and Personal Information folder inside it, when they should not see them. Access to all components under that navigation has already been revoked.
Regular users should not have access to those folders.
Moreover, no content is present under the Job and Personal Information folder; the folder is empty.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the system with a regular user
2. Verify that the Manager Self Service folder and the Job and Personal Information folder inside it are available from the Menu.
